Deleting your account is permanent. Your display name and any linked email are removed, every device is signed out, and your roster is gone. Game records may be kept without your identity, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The email address cannot be used to sign up again. That is what stops a deleted account quietly becoming a second one. To play again with the same address, email privacy@vivefire.com.
Sign in to your account and delete it there. You do not need the game installed, and it takes effect immediately.
Open Account from the main menu, then Delete account.
Write to privacy@vivefire.com from the address on your account. If you never linked one, send your display name and roughly when you last played. We finish within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Changed your mind? Contact us within 14 days and we can usually restore the account.
